Privacy policy

How King's Games Top games handle your data — savegame on your device, AdMob ads, Google Play purchases, and no server of ours anywhere.

This policy covers Império do Pastel and the other games published by King’s Games Top. It describes what our games do with your data — and, more importantly, what they do not do.

The short version

Our games run offline and have no sign-up, no login and no account of ours. We operate no server that receives your data: your progress lives on your device and, if you choose, in your own Google account. What does leave the device goes to Google services — ads, cloud saves, purchases, and crash and usage reports — under Google’s policies. You choose whether ads are personalised and whether to use cloud saves; the crash and usage reports are always on, and none of it identifies you.

1. Who is responsible

King’s Games Top, an independent Android game developer. Privacy contact: privacidade@kingsgames.top.

2. What stays on your device

Your game progress — money, products, managers, achievements, missions, daily streak and the purchases you have made — is written to your device’s own storage by the game. That data is never sent to us and does not leave the device on its own.

Uninstalling the game deletes that file.

3. What can leave the device, and where it goes

3.1 Cloud saves (Google Play Games Services)

If you use cloud saving, your progress file is stored in your own Google account, through the Saved Games feature of Google Play Games Services. It lives on Google’s infrastructure, tied to your account — not on a server of ours, which does not exist. We use Play Games for this and nothing else: there are no online achievements and no leaderboards.

You can delete that file from the Google Play Games app, under saved games, and revoke the game’s access to your account at any time.

3.2 Ads (Google AdMob)

Our games show Google AdMob ads. To do so, the AdMob SDK may process your device’s advertising identifier, approximate app usage data, and an approximate location derived from your IP address (typically city or region, never a street address). We do not receive, see or store any of it: it goes from your device to Google.

On first launch, and whenever the law requires it, the game shows Google’s consent form (UMP), where you choose whether to allow personalised ads. If you decline, ads still appear but are not personalised. You can revisit that choice in the game’s settings.

How Google uses this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

3.3 Purchases (Google Play Billing)

In-game purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. Payment, card details and receipts belong to Google — we never see or store any payment data. All the game keeps is the fact that an item was purchased, inside the same progress file described in section 2.

Refunds follow Google Play’s policy.

3.4 Crash reporting and app usage (Firebase)

Since August 2026 the game uses two Google Firebase services:

  • Firebase Crashlytics — when the game crashes or hits an error, it sends the crash report: where in the code it broke, your device model and your Android version. This is what lets us fix a crash that only happens on hardware we do not own.
  • Firebase Analytics — records in-game events (opened the app, progressed through the tutorial, hired the first manager, watched an ad, bought an item) and general device traits such as model, language and country — the last one derived from your IP address, at the same coarse granularity described in section 3.2.

Both use an installation identifier — a number generated for that install of the app. It is not your name or your e-mail, and it disappears when you uninstall the game. We cannot link that number back to you.

Both stay on for as long as the game is installed, and that is what you accept on the first launch screen. If you would rather not send any of it, the way out is not to install the game — there is no way to play with them switched off. We would rather say so plainly than offer a toggle that does not exist.

4. What we do not do

  • We do not ask for your name, e-mail, phone number, ID, photo or contacts.
  • We have no sign-up, no login and no player profile.
  • We do not tie any of it to you: what we measure is the game, never the person.
  • We do not sell, rent or share any data with anyone.
  • We do not track you outside our games.

Processing your game progress is necessary to provide the service you asked for when you installed the game. Processing for personalised advertising happens only with your consent, collected through the form described in section 3.2 and revocable at any time. Under Brazilian law (Lei 13.709/2018, “LGPD”), these correspond to articles 7, V and 7, I.

The crash and usage reports in section 3.4 also rest on your consent (LGPD article 7, I): accepting this policy and the terms on the first-launch screen is what authorises them. Since there is no way to play without them, withdrawing that consent means uninstalling the game — and that is why the acceptance screen says so plainly, before you decide.

6. Who we share data with

Only Google, in the four roles described in section 3 (Play Games Services, AdMob, Play Billing and Firebase). Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

We may disclose information if legally compelled by a competent authority — which in practice is limited to what is described here, because we hold nothing beyond it.

7. Children

Our games are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child in your care has provided data, write to privacidade@kingsgames.top.

8. How long data is kept

Local progress lasts as long as the game is installed. Cloud saves last as long as you keep them in your Google account. Retention periods for AdMob and Google Play are set by Google, in the policies linked above.

Crashlytics crash reports are kept for 90 days. Analytics events follow the retention period configured in our Firebase account, within the limits Google offers. Both periods are Google’s, not ours: we hold no copy of that data.

9. Your rights

You are entitled to confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, and withdrawal of consent. With the design described here, you exercise most of these directly:

  • Delete local progress: uninstall the game, or use “Start over” in settings. Note that this command also replaces the cloud save with a fresh game; it does not remove the file from your Google account.
  • Delete the cloud save: Google Play Games app, saved games section. That is the only path that erases the file from your account.
  • Withdraw advertising consent: game settings, ad privacy option.
  • Crash and usage reports (section 3.4): uninstalling the game stops them and deletes the installation identifier, which is the only link between those reports and the device. Because there is no personal identifier, we cannot single out your reports to delete them before the period in section 8 — the same absence of identification that protects you here is what limits that request.
  • Anything else: write to privacidade@kingsgames.top.

10. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes materially, the update date at the top changes and the game asks for your acceptance again on the next launch. Wording changes that do not alter what is processed do not trigger a new acceptance.
