The rules for using King's Games Top games — licence, Google Play purchases, ads, your game progress, and the limits of our liability.
These terms cover Império do Pastel and the other games published by King’s Games Top. By installing and playing one of our games, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
The game asks you to accept these terms and the Privacy policy on first launch. If you do not agree, do not use the game — the app closes and you can uninstall it.
Accepting also stands as your consent to the crash and usage reports described in section 3.4 of the policy, which cannot be switched off inside the game. Whenever what the policy describes changes materially, the game asks for your acceptance again on the next launch (section 11).
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and play our games on your own devices, for non-commercial use.
You may not: redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the game; modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it; use tools to alter progress, bypass purchases or automate play; or use our brand, artwork or audio outside the game without written permission.
3. In-game purchases
Our games are free to play and offer optional purchases. All purchases are processed by Google Play, under Google’s terms and refund policy — we do not process payments or bill you directly.
What you buy is the right to use an item inside the game, tied to your device and to your game progress. Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between accounts or games.
For refunds, use Google Play’s channels. If you paid for an item and did not receive it, write to suporte@kingsgames.top.
4. Ads
Our games show ads, including optional video ads that grant a bonus when you choose to watch them. Ad content is served by Google AdMob and is not selected or endorsed by us. The data handling involved is described in the Privacy policy.
Buying the ad removal item removes the ads described on the game’s page, on the device and in the progress where the purchase was made.
5. Your progress
Progress is stored on your device and, if you use the feature, in your Google account. We keep no copy of your progress and therefore cannot restore it.
Progress can be lost if the device is lost, replaced, reset or formatted, if the game is uninstalled, if storage fails, or if the saved file is deleted from your Google account. Cloud saving reduces this risk but does not remove it. We recommend keeping it on.
6. Availability and changes
We may update the game, change its balancing, add or remove features and items, and may discontinue a game at any time. We will try to give notice when a change is material, but the games are provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability.
7. Intellectual property
The code, artwork, text, audio and trademarks of our games are owned by or licensed to King’s Games Top and remain protected. The licence in section 2 transfers no ownership.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The games are provided “as is”, without warranty that they will be free of errors or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the games, nor for the loss of progress described in section 5. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you by Brazilian consumer law that cannot be waived by contract, including those in the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
9. Termination
You may end this relationship at any time by uninstalling the game. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms, in particular section 2.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The consumer’s place of residence is the elected forum for disputes, as provided by the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
11. Changes to these terms
When these terms change materially, the update date at the top changes and the game asks for your acceptance again on the next launch.
