Get in touch
Three addresses and no contact form: support for players, privacy for your data questions, and one for everything else.
We are a small studio, so there is no support desk — there is an inbox, and the people reading it are the people making the games. Pick the address that matches your subject: it is what gets your message to the right place fastest.
Support
The game froze, your progress vanished, a purchase never arrived, something is simply wrong. Write here.
Three details are the difference between solving it in the first reply and trading five e-mails:
- your device model and Android version;
- what you were doing when it happened;
- the game version, shown at the bottom of the settings screen.
If it is about a purchase, your Google Play receipt helps — but never send a card number. We do not need it and we do not want to have it.
Privacy and data
To request a copy of your data, ask for its deletion, or ask anything about the privacy policy.
Worth knowing up front, because it usually shortens the conversation: our games have no sign-up and send your progress to no server of ours. The save file lives on your device, and uninstalling the game deletes it. What does exist outside it lives in Google services — ads, cloud saves and purchases — and those you control directly in your Google account.
Press, partnerships and everything else
Press, content creators, proposals, or that game idea you cannot shake. For press and video, tell us what you need — high-resolution art, screenshots or an early key — and we will send it over.
How long until you hear back
We answer within three business days, and usually sooner. If more time goes by with nothing, it is not disinterest: it is an e-mail that got lost. Send it again.
We deliberately do not use a contact form. A form would require a server receiving what you type, and this site has none — it is made of files. An e-mail goes from your own mail app straight to our inbox, and you keep a copy.
